Wholehearted Nutrition and Wellness PLLC is a dietetic professional private practice that started from the belief that nutrition and exercise support for heart disease prevention and management shouldn’t be complicated or restrictive.

I specialize in heart health and weight management, offering personalized nutrition and exercise therapy that blends clinical expertise with holistic support.

When you, or a loved one, gets diagnosed with heart disease, obesity, or are risk for disease development, it can be a scary, confusing, and overwhelming time.

Nutrition recommendations shouldn’t just be “don’t eat pizza and burgers”, “never drink soda”, or “avoid anything with salt ”. Exercise programming shouldn’t be grueling, isolating, dangerous, or expensive.

This is why I started Wholehearted Nutrition and Wellness PLLC, to assist you in getting professional medical guidance and coaching, without having to figure it all out alone.

Our approach is integrative and client-centered. I combine the science of dietetics and exercise with the art of coaching to create a space where healing is not just possible, but sustainable. I provide one-on-one consultations designed to foster resilience, confidence, and lasting health and personal transformation.

    Matthew is a Registered Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, and Board Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management with a passion for supporting others in navigating nutrition and health. He has helped 500+ clients learn how to improve their nutrition, reduce their cholesterol, reach their gym goals, and create sustainable health habits.

    Matthew has a passion for weight management, cardiac care, and general sport support. He specializes in:
