  • We’re different from other dietitians in Washington or Oregon. Our lead provider has a master’s in nutrition and exercise, is one of only about 500 RDs in the USA board certified in Obesity and Weight Management, and has over 10 years of experience helping people with heart disease and weight issues. We don’t just have certificates—we truly care about heart disease!

  • Every nutrition and exercise plan is tailored by you, not templated! Whether you’re recovering from a cardiac event, need guidance on managing your weight, or simply seeking to navigate a new diagnosis, we design support that fits your life and values.

  • Our online telehealth platform is built for accessibility. Whether you live by the metro line or out in the country-side, we meet you where you’re at. We serve clients locally in Spokane and state wide across Washington and Oregon. We provide expert medical care that fits your schedule so you don’t have to take time off for another doctor’s visit.

  • We aim to empower, not push. With medical nutrition therapy and health coaching expertise, we invite clients to explore, reflect, and grow - not just “sign up”.

  • Wholehearted isn’t just a name - it’s a philosophy. We aim to foster connection, resilience, and long-term transformation through lifestyle and behavior modification and education. If you’re looking for a “quick fix” or a “diet hack”, then we aren’t for you. If you’re looking to transform your health through targeted intervention and expert guidance, you’re in the right place.
